Victor Bergonzoli has an extensive international background in sales, marketing, finance, management, and entrepreneurial business start-up and development. After earning a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, Victor began his career as a commercial consultant for a security company, managing business development activities, participating in the restructuring of sales’ channels, and restructuring the training department.

Later on, at Credit Suisse, he was a Credit and Risk Manager in commercial banking for the North American Department. Before this, he worked in the Geneva office which included planning the support structure for Corporate Banking, maintaining optimum relationships with top clients, interfacing with several departments, as well as restructuring a department of 700.  He was the Country Manager for Swisscom in India, and the CFO in the field of Cellular telecom for Sterling Cellular of India. This involved co-heading the shareholder representation/negotiation for an area half the size of Europe and an investment of several hundred million dollars.

Victor’s varied life experiences, having lived in three countries, and being a native son of Switzerland, and his international business acumen in multiple fields, have brought a vast and varied amount of expertise to his present position as the CEO of Dartfish. He is married to Laure, and is the father of two children, Alyssa and Vincent.
