Rebecca Curry, M.Ed. is a graduate of Arizona State University's Autism graduate program. She has her M.Ed. in Autism; Consultation and Collaboration. Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Auburn university; She has a BA in English Literature with minors in History and German.  Rebecca works with autism twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  She has two children, Beth and Hudson who both have autism. Her daughter is almost nine and her son is almost six. They both attend public school and are in autism classes and receive their therapy also at school. Consequently she is also very familiar with IDEA and the IEP process. Rebecca is the Special Needs Ministry Director for Mountain Lake Church. She designed and implemented a four-pronged approach to special needs: inclusion, special needs classroom, the "buddy system" with specially trained volunteers, and provision of a sensory room.
