Lynda T. Young has been involved in education and psychology since 1963. She has taught in public and private schools, directed Child Development Centers, written curriculum, and developed programs. Her books in The You Are Not Alone book series comes alongside families of children with Cancer, Congenital Heart Defects, and Autism. She has family members on the spectrum.

One of Lynda’s main emphasis is helping families (and others) understand how extreme stress empties emotional tanks, and how to fill those tanks- encouraging individuals to persevere with hope.
