Laura Nadine
Laura Nadine is an author, public speaker, music teacher, and filmmaker with autism. Not diagnosed until her late-twenties, she seeks to use her experiences before interventions and after diagnosis to give clarity to teachers, parents, and professionals dealing with autism. Proud of being autistic, she promotes the wellbeing of autistic people with insights personally gained from tragedy and triumph. Self-employed and a single parent of two children, Laura travels the US and hopes to eventually travel the world with her stories, books, and through provoking short films, shedding a positive light on the autistic community and the importance of self-advocay.
