Dr. Michael E. Bush

Dr. Michael E. Bush, is an assistant professor of Education at North Georgia University.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration Management from Charleston Southern University (Charleston, South Carolina), a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University (Montgomery, Alabama) and a Doctorate in Education (Curriculum and Teaching/Elementary Education) from the Auburn University (Auburn, Alabama).   He has over 15 years of experience in education.  He began his career as a teacher of students with special needs in inclusive settings.  He teaches special education courses in the Early Childhood (Elementary) Education Program.  His specialty areas are effective strategies for including students with exceptionalities in the general education classroom and assessment in special education.
