Aura Rossi is a co-founder of the Aspie Women's Club. She received her post-graduate training from Dr. Steve Becker, Seattle. She began working with adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) as a Human Resources Administrator at Microsoft (1997-2000). Ms. Rossi has since developed several programs to meet the specific needs of young adults with AS including a job readiness and search program. She routinely coaches individuals, family members, and employers with challenges related to AS.
